Current Yoga Offerings
No, we have high-quality yoga mats at the studio available to use free of charge.
Yes, we prefer that you sign up ahead of time for yoga and meditation classes. Please sign up through our online schedule.
We have Flow, Beginners Flow, Stretch and Release, Stretch and Flow, Prenatal Yoga, Heated Yoga, and Meditation. Check our Class Descriptions for more information.
We have in-studio classes, Zoom meditation classes, and prerecorded classes in our Members Only Video Library or for rent.
Reservations are highly encouraged for our classes because we have a set capacity limits.
Attending an In-Person Class
Ideally, arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in and get settled on your mat. Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes early, as the instructor will still be setting up the studio for class or another class might be in Savasana (yogi nap time).

Wear clothing that is comfortable, opaque, clean and has appropriate coverage.

You should have received a link in an email that you can use to access the video library, or you can go to our website and click on the members-only tab. Then all you need is to do is input the password. Contact us if you need the password.

This class requires little muscular exertion and is meant to be relaxing. Poses are held for several minutes, and your body is supported by props – blankets, bolsters, and blocks. You will leave feeling nourished, well rested, and refreshed. No yoga experience necessary.
At Soul Strong Yoga, all non-heated, non-Advanced, and non-Power classes are offered to ages 12 and up. All classes are available to ages 16 and up. If your child is under the age of 16, they must be accompanied by an adult. If your child is under 12 and you feel they’re ready for an adult yoga class, please reach out to us! We’d be happy to chat!
Under no circumstances can children be left at our studio or in the building unsupervised while their parent/guardian is in class. We also do not provide child care at this time. Please make arrangements for your children prior to coming to the studio.
We also offer private classes for children, tweens, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, etc. We can also arrange for a children’s yoga teacher to show up at a birthday party! The options are limitless.
