Class Descriptions
Our classes are designed to be suitable for all types of yoga practitioners, from beginners to experts.
Flow and Sunrise Flow
Move with your breath and bring your attention back to your body in our flow classes. These dynamic flow classes will get you out of your head and into a moving meditation. Modifications are always available.
In our sunrise flows, we awaken the body with breathe work, introspection, and a longer warm-up to prepare our bodies for an active flow. All levels are welcome.
Beginners Flow
Soul Strong offers weekly Beginners Flow classes! This class is perfect for those who are new to yoga or want to refresh their practice. Be sure to reserve a spot. We keep this class small so that our fabulous teachers can work with students on proper alignment and offer more attention.

Flow and Stretch (Vin and Yin)
Warm up with a yoga flow, and then melt into Yin postures for the second half of class. Yin includes long holds of deep stretches supported by props. This helps to release the muscles and let you find complete relaxation. All levels welcome.
Stretch & Release
This class is a blend of Yin and Restorative postures that will leave you feeling nourished, well-rested, and refreshed. This class is a combination of deep stretches and ultimate relaxation. Health benefits include fascia release, joint mobility, lower cortisol levels, decrease in anxiety, stress, and can help with sleep. Each pose is held for an extended period of time, and your body is supported by props—blankets, bolsters, and blocks, allowing you the time to let go and be.
Prenatal
The class is open to people at all stages of pregnancy. Prenatal students build strength and flexibility to support their growing bodies. Prenatal provides a space for community and sharing. Perfect for all stages of pregnancy. Relieve many of the discomforts associated with pregnancy. Connect with the body and calm the mind during such a transformative time.
Meditation
Relax into simply being in the here and now with the beautiful, expansive practice of meditation. Our meditation classes are accessible to both the new and experienced meditation practitioners. Let’s learn and grow together!
Meditation is offered at our Main Studio, but there is a virtual option too!

Power Yoga
Increase your endurance strength with a faster moving yoga class! In this more athletic style of yoga, get ready for a vigorous, fun workout, where you sweat while also decreasing stress. This is a perfect class for those looking for greater strength and cardiovascular health. As always, modifications are provided. Some yoga experience required.
Barre
Step into the world of Barre, where yoga, Pilates, and functional movement unite for an exhilarating workout experience! Suitable for all levels, our instructors offer personalized modifications to keep you challenged and safe. Tone, sculpt, and shine as you unleash your inner strength and grace in this dynamic and empowering session!
Mat Pilates
Our Mat Pilates class focuses on strengthening the core, enhancing flexibility, and improving overall body awareness. Suitable for all levels, this low-impact class utilizes bodyweight exercises to target deep muscles, promoting balance and stability. With precise movements and mindful breathing, you’ll develop a stronger, more toned physique while reducing stress and tension.
Heated Flow
Heated Yoga Flow is an energizing, strengthening, and invigorating class. Expect to move and breathe smoothly from one pose to another, building strength, energy and grace and releasing stress in the body. Practiced in a heated room to maximize the healing and detoxifying aspects of the class. Beginners with some yoga experience through more advanced students will enjoy the benefits of this class.
Yoga for Rest
Relax, recharge, and reset in Yoga for Rest. In this class, we will let go of the worries of the week with a blend of restorative yoga and meditation accented with the healing tones of singing bowls.
