Reiki Level 1 Certification Training – Round Rock
Join us for an immersive Reiki Level 1 Certification Training at Soul Strong Yoga’s training center this May. Led by Master Reiki Teacher Loki Vex, this 12-hour training will introduce you to the transformative practice of Reiki, providing the foundational tools to provide healing for yourself and others.
What You’ll Learn
In this foundational Reiki Level 1 training, you will explore the principles and techniques of Reiki as a gentle yet powerful healing practice. Through guided instruction, meditation, and hands-on practice, you will learn how to channel Reiki energy for self-healing and to support the well-being of others.
A key part of this training is the Reiki Attunement, or Reiju Empowerments, where Loki will connect you to the Universal Life Energy through your chakras, allowing Reiki energy to flow freely through you. Once attuned, you will have the ability to channel Reiki at any time, using it for personal healing and to support others.
You will also learn to apply Reiki to help achieve goals, enhance well-being, and bring balance to your life. Throughout the training, you will experience what it feels like when connected with Reiki, develop an awareness of your own energy field, and practice techniques to cleanse, energize, and balance your chakras.

Location: Soul Strong Yoga Training Center
This training includes a manual and a certificate of completion.
Participants also receive 30-minute office hour sessions with Loki from 4:00–4:30 PM.

Reiju Empowerments & Attunements
A key component of your Reiki training is the Reiju Empowerment, an ancient method of connecting students to Reiki energy. Unlike Western attunements, which are often seen as one-time events, Reiju is a practice of continuous spiritual empowerment, reinforcing and deepening the Reiki connection over time.
During your Reiki Level 1 training, Loki will guide you through your first-degree attunement, opening your energy channels to allow Reiki to flow freely. Through practice, you will strengthen your ability to channel Reiki, cleanse your energy field, and balance your chakras.
Our training honors Usui’s original teachings, incorporating both traditional and modern Reiki techniques to ensure a comprehensive and spiritually grounded experience.
About the Teacher
Loki Vex (They/Fae) is a Master Reiki Teacher, Reiki Healer, Crystal Educator, yoga teacher, and mindful movement advocate. As an autistic, transgender, non-binary, and queer writer and artist, Loki found yoga to be a gentle support for chronic illness, pain, and anxiety, helping them reconnect with their body and navigate their gender identity. Certified in 200-hour and Yin Yoga through Soul Strong Yoga, Loki specializes in slow, mindful practices that foster curiosity and breath awareness. They aim to help others tune into themselves and cultivate a more sensitive, compassionate world.
