Resonance Meditation Training

Our Resonance Meditation Certification program allows you to dive deep into your own authentic mantra meditation practice and also learn to teach this transformative, nourishing technique to others. All graduates will receive a Resonance Meditation Certification from Soul Strong Yoga, which is a Registered Yoga Alliance School. Graduates receive both a certificate (paper and electronic) and an electronic seal (which they may use on their websites, social media, email signatures, etc.)

6:00 p.m. – 6:45 p.m. – Lecture with Shira Shamsi

6:45 p.m. – 7:15 p.m. – Guided Meditation with Shira Shamsi

7:15 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. – Discussion on Required Readings with Shira Shamsi

7:30 p.m. – 8:10 p.m – Cohort Group Discussion with Alumni Peer Facilitators

8:10 p.m. – 8:15 p.m. – Flex Time
