Join us Saturday, August 19th at 1:15pm for a 75-minute class to help “grow your practice”. In this workshop, we are all about the warriors! We will break down some key standing postures: Warrior 1, Warrior 2, Extended Side Angle, Triangle, and a little Half Moon, plus we’ll look at Warrior 1 vs. High Crescent Lunge. We’ll go over alignment principles and cover variations and options for each-everyone will get verbal adjustments so you can get the most out of the postures. This 75-minute class is perfect for any level of practice, so no matter where you are on the path, come feel your strength and power and get the most out of your warrior!
