Join us for our monthly Grow Your Practice Workshop! This month, Maura will help us embrace the spirit of Halloween as we work toward exploring Crow Pose.
Whether you’re just starting out or you’re a seasoned yogi, this all-levels workshop is perfect for you. We’ll kick things off with a flow to warm up and prepare our bodies, setting a strong foundation for Crow Pose and its variations.
Maura will guide us through different modifications, making sure everyone can join in and enjoy the practice, no matter their experience level.
