Join us Saturday January 13th at 1:15pm for a 75 minute class to help “grow your practice”. In this month’s workshop we are covering the fundamentals of handstand as well as some common vinyasa and sun salutation transitions-the jump back and forward float. We’ll go over hand and wrists drills as well as body positioning and alignment, and use the wall for support in handstands. We’ll also practice Uddiyana Bandha (the flying lock) and see how that can support transitions. Zero pressure, all fun.
