The workshop begins with a 20-minute cosmic chat, where Stacy explores the current astrological influences and the energy of the lunar cycles, guiding you on how to use your yoga and self-care practices for optimum well-being. This is followed by a 40-minute themed yoga practice aligned with the month’s astrological energies, with Stacy leading you through poses and flows that resonate with cosmic vibrations. The session concludes with a 15-minute calming meditation to integrate your experiences, leaving you centered and ready for whatever comes.
