Soul Strong Yoga is partnering with Round Rock PRIDE, Everwell Yoga, and Sound for Stress to bring the most nourishing fundraising event we could dream up! Take good care of your body + mind while also raising money for a great cause! Cindy will guide us through a Yoga Flow and then we will settle down for a slower, stretchier Yin Yoga practice followed by a Sound Bath, including crystal singing bowls and therapeutic gongs. All attendees will be gifted a PRIDE mala bracelet created by Maddie’s Malas. This event has limited spots and is expected to sell out. Book soon! Again, the full ticket price will be donated to Round Rock PRIDE!
