Soul Strong Yoga Book Group
Join us on Sunday, October 27th, from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM for our Soul Strong Yoga Book Group, a space dedicated to community and the exploration of literature that inspires better wellness and health. This month, we’ll be discussing “Soul Boom” by Rainn Wilson. We’ll spend the first hour diving into the book’s themes and insights, followed by 20 minutes of relaxation, connection, and enjoying the company of our fabulous community.
Feel free to bring snacks or refreshments to share (please, no alcohol). Our Book Group is free and open to anyone 18 and older. We will meet upstairs at Soul Strong Yoga in Suite 201.
