Join us Sunday March 30th at 1:15pm for a 90-minute class to help “grow your practice”.In this month’s fun and lighthearted workshop we are focusing on our shoulders and our core line- we’ll will work on plank, forearm plank (and how that relates to Chaturanga Dandasana), dolphin pose, and will play around with forearm stand. As always, we will explore modifications and pathways to all these poses, and ways to strengthen and open the body to help feel lighter and more at ease. You’ll leave feeling strong, yet light.
