Join Soul Strong Yoga co-owner and RYT 500 yoga instructor, Julie Afsahi, in this beautiful 4-week Pranayama (Yogic Breathing) Workshop. In the series, we will practice several types of pranayama with Julie, and you’ll receive SSY breathing handouts for each session that you can view electronically or print at home. We will also explore how pranayama can help us energize, heal, and ground. This series is all levels! Just have a comfy place to sit at home and access to a device, and you’re all set!
